Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our aftersales support team, you will be responsible for providing product support to our range of electric vehicles at various locations and customer depots.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide aftersales product support to electric vehicles, including service, repairs, diagnostics, and timely resolutions.
- Liaise with customers, call centre, and parts staff to report defects and order required spares.
- Scan fully completed job cards to the service centre for processing.
- Participate in product training as required.
- Observe health and safety protocols and local engineering requirements.
- Assist customers with servicing and repairs to improve their product knowledge.
- Full driving licence and PSV licence.
- Minimum City & Guilds level 3 vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
- Excellent electrical and computer-based diagnostic skills.
- EV or Hybrid competence, including HV trained in relation to High voltage DC electrical systems.
