About the Role
Molton Brown Limited is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Multi-Site Manager on a fixed-term, 12-month basis. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing our Cambridge store as your home store, as well as overseeing the management of 7 other stores within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Employ a commercially focused strategy to inspire and guide your teams toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Infuse a customer-centric ethos to coach and develop your teams to possess extensive product knowledge, enabling them to deliver a sensorial and immersive experience to in-store customers.
- Manage compliance within your market area, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, along with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail management, as well as experience managing wholesale locations.
- Passionate about coaching, motivating, and developing your teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Strong background in people management, with proven experience in collaborating with HR to lead processes including performance management, employee relations, and the recruitment and retention of staff.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload, as well as the flexibility to work across weekends or in various stores within your area.

- An annual salary of between £40,000 - £42,000.
