Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with their dream careers.
Key Responsibilities- Source and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our clients' needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process for both candidates and clients.
- Organize and maintain candidate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant employment law.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent through job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging content, such as job ads, company culture highlights, and recruitment events, tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment strategies with overall brand messaging and ensure consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, recruitment marketing, and industry best practices.
