Job Title: Digital Sales Team Leader

Experis LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to sales team members, supporting their sales activities and operational metrics expectations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales team members' skills in sales, client management, and industry knowledge.
  • Support existing client relationships in line with the national accounts team to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and to secure future business.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch and regional sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role within the recruitment industry, preferably in manufacturing and logistics.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high performance.
