Job Title: Sales Progressor

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team in North Devon.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Sales Progressor to act as the primary liaison between our team and clients, ensuring all sales are closed effectively and smoothly. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress and monitor sales transactions through to completion, liaising with third parties, including solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage companies.
  • Organize and maintain sales records and customer databases.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team during busy periods, including registering potential buyers and booking viewings and valuation appointments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Effective and organized administrative skills.
  • Great presentation and attention to detail.
  • Organized approach to managing sales tasks and customer interactions.
  • Confident using IT systems.
  • Ability to deal with confidential matters in accordance with GDPR regulations.
