Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe nursing care to adults suffering from mental illness in a medium secure facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a defined group of team members and contribute to their Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Monitor and review nursing care plans, evaluating and responding to changes in patient conditions
  • Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement and lead shifts as required
  • Mentor student nurses and other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and adherence to codes of conduct, standards, and legislation
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of mental health care principles
  • Excellent team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Commitment to patient-centred care, values-based and evidence-based practice
  • Drive for continuous personal learning and development
