About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic and busy multi-discipline engineering consultancy in Leicester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking structural design on projects including commercial, industrial, education, and residential up to multi-million pounds in value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage design teams on multiple projects, focusing on managing resourcing to achieve successful project delivery
  • Mentor junior members of the team, with an understanding of how to best help them progress
  • Represent the company at internal and external meetings and undertake site visits to monitor progress
  • Check calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports produced by others
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Proficient in TEDDs, Tekla, and Revit
About You

We are looking for a Chartered, MIStructE or ICE, or working towards, with at least 9 years' experience within a UK consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive structural design experience in all traditional materials such as steel, concrete, and timber.
