Night Shift Hospitality Associate

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Glasgow City Centre (Buchanan Galleries). As a key member of our overnight team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and welcoming hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our overnight guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and hotel premises, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming hotel environment, including the reception area, corridors, and guest rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
