Teaching Assistant Position in Farnborough

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Farnborough. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children to achieve their learning goals under the guidance of the class teacher.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children in achieving learning goals and promoting positive behaviour
- Act as a role model and promote a positive learning environment
- Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as directed
- Assist with the planning and delivery of learning activities
- Provide detailed feedback to teachers on pupil progress and achievement
- Contribute to the development of a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians
- Previous experience working with children (desirable)
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children
- Be part of a passionate and supportive team dedicated to the well-being and development of students
