Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing maintenance and repair of client equipment on Cubic maintained assets under the guidance of the Field Services Team Leader and provide support to the Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Assist with faults and employ a logical approach to fault finding, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Field Services Team Leader and Maintenance Engineer to develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
