Client Services Administrator

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays + your birthday off
Compensation:
£25,000-£28,000 (salary review after 6 months probation)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to become a vital member of our team at Pertemps Worcester.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to play an essential part in our administrative and customer service functions, ensuring the efficient operation of our business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Responding to incoming calls and documenting inquiries
- Managing customer orders and stock agreements
- Processing sales orders and invoices
- Providing customer assistance, including handling queries and requests for documents and samples
- Overseeing customer statements, credit control, and sales invoice posting
Sales Assistance:
- Administering CRM systems, scheduling, and business development visits
- Following up on potential sales opportunities
- Managing inquiries, special sourcing, quotes, and samples
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients
Account Management:
- Cultivating supplier relationships
Logistics Oversight:
- Managing logistics, including importing, customs, and delivery processes
Compliance Assurance:
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations, Quality Control standards, and BRCGS management
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
