About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Worcestershire, working in our neuropsychological pathways. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a matched care approach, focusing on multi-disciplinary working and psychological consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a matched care approach, emphasizing multi-disciplinary working and psychological consultation.
  • Utilize and interpret neuropsychological and psychological assessments, MDT working, and specialist delivery of psychological, vocational, and neuropsychological interventions.
  • Provide supervision, consultation, teaching, and training to support the growth of the psychology team.
  • Contribute to audit, research, and service development initiatives.

Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with a strong background in neuropsychology. Essential qualifications include a BSc/BA Honours degree in psychology, a postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, and post-qualification training in specific techniques for complex presentations.

Desirable qualifications include experience in strategic planning, teaching, and training psychologists, as well as leading the development and organization of psychological interventions.
