Job Title: Registered Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to enhance their quality of life
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring safe and effective administration of medications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Document all aspects of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills

Requirements:

  • Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of person-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends
