We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at We Are Workforce Ltd, a leading commercial landscaping contractor in the Midlands.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 1 to 2 operatives in grounds maintenance, working alongside Contracts Managers and clients to deliver high-quality results.
  • Supervise the use of a wide range of grounds maintenance machinery and train and develop other team members.
  • Manage operatives and report any work or performance issues.
  • Work on retirement properties or new build sites, using your expertise to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful places.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in grounds maintenance, with a full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work positively with different operatives.
  • Able to manage operatives and report any work or performance issues.
  • CSCS Card and good knowledge of hand-held and ride-on grounds maintenance equipment and compact tractors.
