Key Responsibilities- Support the Management Team in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage the bar staff and contribute to the bar's overall success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all employees, guiding and motivating them to deliver unforgettable experiences.
- Experience in opening and closing procedures for a late-night bar.
- Ability to run off-peak shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with stock management, rotas, and/or licensing.
- An Hourly Pay of 11.75.
