Job Overview

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to support mammography services at Singleton Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiography department.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Mammography service in Singleton Hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Rotating through different departments within Swansea Bay University Health Board, as required
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Providing excellent patient care and communication, adhering to professional standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of CoR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
  • Post Graduate qualification in Mammography
  • Significant post-qualification experience in radiography, with a strong focus on mammography
  • Proven leadership and teamworking skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
