About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our Private Client team, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and providing exceptional tax and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our services.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, maintaining a high level of expertise and staying up-to-date with changes in the industry.
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow our client base and expand our services.
Requirements
  • A strong background in personal tax within professional services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of HMRC regulations and compliance, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in the industry.
  • A high level of commercial acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
