Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily functions of the clubhouse bar.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked and fully operational at all times.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate supply orders as necessary.
- Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries to guarantee satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of clubhouse facilities on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and execute club events and functions.
- Lead by example, showcasing outstanding customer service and a strong work ethic.
- Inspire and manage a team of bar staff effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a bar management role or a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and ordering processes.
Work Schedule:
- Monday: 4 hours (flexible start and finish times)
- Saturday: 8am - 4pm
- Sunday: 8am - 5pm
Additional Benefits:
