Residential Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our team to ensure each young person receives the support they need.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school.
- Transport our young people to external locations, using your own vehicle.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our care services.
