Job Opportunity: Freelance Event/Corporate Event Technicians

IN2-AV Recruitment, a leading international AV staffing solutions provider, is seeking experienced freelance Event/Corporate Event Technicians to work on-site at financial institutions and large corporate customer sites in London.

We are looking for skilled professionals who can provide technical support involving all aspects of audio-visual events set up and support. Our ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience and a strong background in corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and operating audio-visual equipment for events
  • Providing technical support for events, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with event planners and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with digital audio desks, such as Cl series, QL series, LS9, M7CL, etc.
  • Knowledge of audio-to-webcast, video conference, and phone line integration
  • Ability to mix live audio for multiple presenters and panel sessions
  • Understanding of video mixing and camera operation
  • Experience with Crestron/Extron/AMX processors and touch panels
