Cricket Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cricket Coach to join our team at Acle Cricket Club. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to our junior and senior players, with a focus on developing their skills and improving their performance.

• Develop and implement coaching programs for junior and senior players, aligned with ECB coaching guidelines.
• Work closely with the Cricket Committee, Captains, and Junior representatives to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching approach.
• Identify and develop talented players, providing them with the coaching and development opportunities to reach their full potential.
• Lead and motivate the coaching team, setting high standards and processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality coaching.
• Establish strong relationships with senior team Captains, ensuring that juniors are properly managed as they enter adult cricket and that senior players make the best use of practice sessions to improve their skills.

• Experience of coaching cricket to a high level in schools or clubs.
• Recognised ECB coaching certificates.
• Proven playing record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage others to deliver a rewarding cricketing experience for players.
• High degree of professionalism, including punctuality.
