Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance professional to lead the financial operations of our growing technology organisation based in Warwickshire. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across our three businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement reliable financial systems and processes to support long-term growth and expansion.
  • Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reviews, to ensure alignment with our company's vision.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and insights to the senior leadership team to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual financial reviews, making strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-quality work.
  • Lead the finance team in achieving key KPIs, such as managing aged debtors, controlling costs, and meeting long-term financial goals.
  • Work closely with the senior management team, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Balance risk and opportunities, ensuring that financial objectives are aligned with the company's strategic vision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Leader or in a similar role, ideally within the IT, Telecoms, MSP, or Security sectors.
  • A deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulations in the UK.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering strong financial results.
