We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to provide an efficient food and beverage service, ensuring our customers and colleagues experience quality interactions and service through our values-led approach.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to standard operating procedure (SOP) every shift.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and report any breaches to senior chefs.
  • Adhere to and comply with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Undertake cleaning/housekeeping duties as required to maintain high levels of hygiene.
  • Manage deliveries, recording temperatures and storing in appropriate areas according to house rules.
  • Adhere to all Links policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
Working Hours and Schedule

Annualised hours: 10 hours per week more in Summer and 10 hours per week less in Winter.

Summer starting time: am breakfast, 11.30 am pm all-day service.

Winter starting time: am breakfast, 11.30 am pm all-day service.
