About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a School Crossing Patrol. As a School Crossing Patrol, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of children and adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible and reassuring presence at designated school crossing points
  • Assist children and adults in crossing the road safely
  • Communicate effectively with children and adults to ensure their safety
  • Work collaboratively with other community safety teams to promote road safety

Requirements

  • Knowledge of road safety and the current Highway Code
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
  • Trustworthiness and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
