Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of all company contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all company operatives adhere to health and safety requirements and client-specific contract requirements.
- Work closely with the estimating team and operations manager to ensure a smooth handover and transition from receipt of order to contract commencement.
- Define the scope of works and create a realistic program for project delivery in conjunction with clients and contractors.
- Manage labor and materials scheduling, monitor progress, and communicate with clients and contractors.
Requirements:
- GCSE A-C, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent in English.
- Construction site management or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with ISO management systems.
- Knowledge of technicalities involved in installing roof systems, reading architectural drawings, and material take-off.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage a demanding workload, and maintain confidentiality.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Occasional evening and weekend work.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High-quality customer service orientation.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
