About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established team in Sutton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, including wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate, and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and estate administration
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional client service
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the firm's strategic growth plans

Requirements

  • 2-4 years PQE in Private Client law
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
