We are partnering with a top FinTech in the UK to find a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join their fast-growing business. This role offers a great opportunity for development and is a key position in the credit risk function.
About the CompanyThis FinTech has achieved significant success early on in their journey and is known for being one of the top lending analytics companies in the UK. They offer unsecured and secured products, and experience at a company like this is invaluable.
About the RoleThe Senior Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for working on one product across the credit risk lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing analysis, development, and improvement of credit strategies
- Collaborating with commercial and pricing strategies alongside credit risk analytics
- Wide scoping role involved in analytics, strategy development, and some model building
- Hands-on data analysis
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in sub or near prime credit risk
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and documentation
- Commercial mindset with strong SQL skills and Python experience ideal
- Experience working for a top FinTech is highly desirable
- A strong university degree in a numerate discipline, preferably in STEM
