Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on trade mark matters, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work independently, using your initiative to seek support and advice from other team members and the firm as needed.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and global associates, prioritizing your workload and billing effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial drivers and pressures on clients, adapting your IP advice accordingly to deliver business-savvy solutions.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified UK or EU Trade Mark Attorney with relevant experience as an attorney or trainee attorney at another legal services firm or in-house.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a range of clients.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fee-earner role, prioritizing your workload and billing effectively.
