Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our diverse clientele, which includes commercial enterprises, agricultural sectors, and various public services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive business development to establish new client accounts.
- Oversee and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage a portfolio of clients purchasing bulk liquid fuel products on both regional and national levels.
- Transition from transactional interactions to comprehensive relationship management.
- Utilize CRM systems for effective account management, including both inbound and outbound communications.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, exceeding client expectations through our industry-leading customer support.
Additional Duties:
- Log quotes and process orders to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Support the management of additional sales portfolios during peak times or staff absences.
- Maintain accurate customer data within our systems, ensuring all contact information is current.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
- Demonstrated background in sales and account management is preferred.
Compensation: Competitive salary up to £35,000, dependent on experience.
