£22,310 per annum, plus capped commission of £300

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday, shifts between 8.30am - 7.30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of an Insurance Sales Advisor:
- Conducting warm outbound calls to clients regarding their insurance needs
- Transitioning short-term coverage options into long-term policies
- Promoting additional available products and upselling when appropriate
- Addressing all general inquiries and resolving them to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing precise quotes and pricing information

Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Sales Advisor:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
- Sales experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is essential
- Strong computer skills are required
- Capable of achieving performance targets in a dynamic environment
