Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Agent to join our team in Bristol, working mainly across the South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales, conducting client pitches, and providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior colleagues with the management of business sales, including project team management
  • Conduct client pitches, liaise with sector professionals, and deliver presentations
  • Estimate business value using correct calculations and processes
  • Prepare marketing literature, manage enquiries, and negotiate sales
  • Arrange and follow up viewings, process offers, and liaise with key contacts
  • Provide ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome
  • Utilize our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage sales processes and deliver real-time reporting
  • Develop your own portfolio of business sales across the region
  • Network with fellow professionals, industry contacts, and influencers
Requirements
  • Previous experience within commercial or residential Estate Agency business
  • Commercial brokerage experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Relevant Real Estate degree
  • GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • UK Driver's license and confident with driving long distances
