We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Indigo Cardiff. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings, answer questions about hotel facilities, and provide information on local attractions and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to address any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with any training and development opportunities within RBH and IHG.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £11.44 hourly, with incentives for exceptional performance.
