Responsibilities:
  • Website Maintenance & Enhancement: Continuously improve user experience by implementing updates and refinements to our current websites.
  • Technical Solutions: Provide innovative development solutions for client requests and address technical issues effectively.
  • Coding Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Ensure code quality and provide valuable feedback to the digital team.
  • New Website Development: Design and develop compelling new websites based on client specifications.
  • User Experience (UX): Apply your knowledge of UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly websites.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Possess a strong understanding of CMS systems, particularly WordPress.
  • Technical Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
  • Analytics & Performance: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and implement strategies to optimize website speed and functionality.
  • Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure websites are compatible with various browsers and devices.
  • Accessibility & Standards: Adhere to web accessibility guidelines and industry best practices.
Technical Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in integrating WordPress plugins and software to enhance website functionality.
  • In-depth understanding of WordPress security practices, SSL certificates, and secure forms.
  • Experience with other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Expertise in databases (SQL, NoSQL), hosting environments, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding techniques, performance optimization strategies, and website monitoring tools.
  • Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
