Job Title: Specification Sales Manager

Join a leading global manufacturer of renewable technologies as a Specification Sales Manager and play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our specification sales process into new build housing and social housing projects. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with national housebuilders, regional housebuilders, developers, and local authorities to promote our range of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on our renewable energy solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the renewable energy or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the specification sales process and its application in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
