We are seeking a Culinary Trainee to become part of our committed team at Aramark.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive training from a Head Chef to achieve your culinary certification
- Engage in daily kitchen operations and learn through hands-on experience
- Work collaboratively within the team, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Follow recipe guidelines to prepare, cook, and serve a diverse range of meals
- Complete necessary documentation for compliance
- Assist with inventory deliveries and stock assessments
- Manage food orders and maintain kitchen records
- Share responsibility with the Chef/Catering Manager for food deliveries
- Monitor equipment and storage area temperatures
- Contribute to routine kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items
- Participate in relevant training sessions as required
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required, just a strong willingness to learn and a passion for cooking
- Excellent team player with strong communication abilities
- Committed to the apprenticeship program
- DBS check is a requirement
- Flexibility and creativity are essential
