Job Title: CNC Machine Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Shop Manager to lead our state-of-the-art machine shop. As a seasoned manager, you will be responsible for overseeing crucial processes that enhance both productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Excellence: Spearhead the evaluation and improvement of machining processes to ensure they meet stringent production requirements and budgetary goals.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and highly productive work environment.
  • Facility Management: Ensure that all machinery and facility logistics are maintained in optimal condition, adhering to strict safety standards.
  • Mentorship: Play an integral role in the professional development of apprentices and junior staff, providing guidance and encouragement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management, particularly within a machine shop or similar setting.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
  • Extensive experience with CNC milling and turning operations.
  • Proficiency in using Mazatrol or ISO/EIA programming languages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of machining processes and principles.
