Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT systems to meet business requirements
  • Support and maintain existing IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with application, end-user engineering, IT security, and support teams to drive a culture of collaboration
  • Act as an escalation point for the wider business, leading on design, implementation, and support of primarily Microsoft on-premises and cloud-based technology

  • Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on Microsoft Server space, cloud technology, and infrastructure
  • Present data, designs, and other content in a professional manner to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
  • ~5+ years of experience in an IT engineering role, with senior level engineering expertise and demonstrated expertise in IT Infrastructure
  • Broad experience and conceptual understanding of multiple technology platforms, including servers, storage, Windows, Linux, virtualization, networks, application delivery technologies, cloud services, high availability, and disaster recovery
  • Awareness of multiple security technologies with a focus on email and Microsoft exploitation, conceptually understanding log aggregation, threat hunting, and automated runbooks
  • Demonstrated willingness and understanding of large complex projects and usage of structured thinking tools, processes, controls, and LSWs to drive systemic individual and team improvement
  • Valid passport and ability to travel domestically/internationally where required
