About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals UK. As a key member of our Service Centre operations, you will play a vital role in delivering our promise of quality products and services on time, every time for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate HGV vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver and collect a wide range of plant hire equipment, including excavators, telehandlers, generators, and scissor lifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Fully competent HGV driver with licence category C, preferably with a clean driving licence (no more than six points).
  • HIAB Licence.
  • Experience in the movement of Plant or Powered Access equipment with IPAF or ADR certification desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships and represent Sunbelt Rentals in a positive manner.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with a strong commitment to and awareness of Health and Safety.
