We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join our wealth advisory team at mbf. Our team of chartered accountants, tax specialists, and financial advisors pride themselves on understanding clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

As a member of MGI Worldwide, a global network of independent accounting firms, we can offer clients access to a vast array of resources and expertise worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on providing top-notch financial planning services.
  • Work collaboratively with in-house Accountants and professionals to identify opportunities for financial planning services.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best possible financial advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a successful Financial Planner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients' financial needs.
  • Relevant financial planning certifications and licenses.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is competitive and flexible, with a target of 3 times validation (with flexibility in the first year). Additionally, a 33% bonus structure will be in place, including both new business and trail commissions.
