What We're Looking For
- Experience dealing with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties
- Ability to assist in preparing properties for re-letting
- Property clearance and garden maintenance skills
- A willingness to assist other trades team members as required
- Experience cleaning and clearing empty homes
- Commitment to working within a customer-focused environment and meeting performance targets
- Methodical approach, adherence to agreed procedures, and accurate data recording
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
- Demonstrated alignment with our core values.
