About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at The Dorchester. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a station, greeting guests, and providing menu knowledge to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Assist management with order taking and billing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
