Topgolf is seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our golf services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our golf facilities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate a team of golf services staff, including training and scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience
- Manage reservations, venue operations, and guest inquiries to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of retail areas.
- Event Execution
- Plan and execute events, tournaments, and promotions to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and service standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business improvement.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience
- Prior experience in golf course management or related hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff.
- Customer Service
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to create a welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Business Acumen
- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or leisure management.
- Management experience in a high-volume environment is desired.
- Management experience in a corporate hospitality environment is desired.

Salary Range
£25,820- £27,820+ up to 10% bonus
