We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Peer Worker to join our team at Southdown, a leading provider of mental health services in Sussex.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs.

As a Peer Worker, you will provide one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis, using the Peer Support Model. You will work in a psychology-informed way, recognizing individual experience, strengths, and potential, while valuing choice, relationships, and working together.
