Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Design Consultant to join our team at Huntress. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Quotations and Sales Orders: Process customer quotations after showroom visits, virtual & onsite consultations, and complete sales order paperwork to the highest standard ready to be handed over to our customer care team.
- Customer Brochure Requests: Process and send out all customer brochure requests that come through daily.
- Customer Enquiries: Support the sales and design team in dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, live chat, and email.
- Showroom Support: Take customers around our state-of-the-art showroom, giving them in-depth showroom tours, completing a full design consultation, and maintaining a high standard throughout the day. Welcome customers when they arrive in the showroom, offer them drinks, and introduce them to their showroom host.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- No Previous Sales Experience Necessary: No previous sales experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a team and alone, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Adaptability: Ability to multi-task, adapt, work quickly, and manage a varying workload.
- IT Savvy: IT savvy and able to use in-house systems.
- Clean UK Driving License: Clean UK driving license and own transport.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary range of £24,500 - £25,500 per annum.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays, an additional 1 day's holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days), company contribution pension scheme, full training, employee assistance program, and my PERKS scheme.
