About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Fruition IT. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
  • Design and develop recommendation and personalization systems to enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields, and apply this knowledge to improve our capabilities
  • Lead and mentor junior machine learning engineers to ensure the success of our team

Requirements:

  • Significant commercial machine learning experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions
  • Strong software engineering skills in Python, with experience in designing or influencing the architecture of machine learning systems
  • Experience with popular large language model (LLM) frameworks, including Langchain, Llamaindex, RAG, HuggingFace, and evaluation frameworks like Ragas or Presidio
  • Experience building applications utilizing LLM APIs, including techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Desirable:

  • Degree or Master's/PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science or Machine Learning
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and agentic workflows
