Vistry Group PLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Warrington, Cheshire. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring invoices are registered and processed for payment in line with company terms and monthly deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Register invoices on our accounting system
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Ensure invoice processing meets payment deadlines
- Check for duplicates on our accounts payable system
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts to supplier statements
- Handle internal and external queries
- Build relationships with suppliers and internal colleagues
Requirements
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Good educational background with experience in an accounts payable department
