We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ASYE/Supervising Social Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert supervision and guidance to ASYE social workers
  • Develop and implement effective case plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of FCA's social work policies and procedures

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,938 - £36,420 per annum, dependent on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or £2,000 car allowance, 30 days' annual leave, rising to 35 days with length of service, plus bank holidays (pro-rata), life assurance, company pension, on-site free parking, employee discount scheme, and medical cash plan
