As part of the Practice Improvement and Innovation department in our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving change within the firm and supporting strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with practice leadership to identify improvement opportunities
  • Leading change initiatives to address business problems and opportunities
  • Developing and delivering new products and services
  • Monitoring and sharing impacts of changes within the firm
  • Driving improvements in methodologies and ways of working
  • And other relevant activities

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced professional in analyzing and delivering change initiatives
  • Adaptable with a mix of Business Analysis, Change Management & Project Management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Ability to navigate complex engagements
  • Business services industry experience desirable
