About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Consultant to join our team at Shiseido Company, Limited. As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the spirit of Omotenashi and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales and Engagement

You will be responsible for driving sales and seeking opportunities to deliver engaging activities on counter to ensure you work as a team to hit both your and the counter's goals.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

You will inspire customers on their fragrance journey through rich storytelling, listening to their needs, and understanding their preferences.

Represent the Brand

You will play an integral role in driving the UK flagship business, expressing the brand's unique and powerful fragrance stories and beauty images to offer customers a unique and personal experience.

Build Relationships

You will be expected to recruit new customers as well as maintain a strong relationship with existing customers, particularly at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, where you will own the makeup exclusive in the UK.

Requirements
  1. Demonstrable Retail Fragrance Experience
  2. Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  3. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  4. Self-Motivated and Results-Driven
