Role Responsibilities:

As an Aircraft Records Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all technical data related to aircraft is accurately recorded, maintained, and logged in compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations. You will work with flight logs, maintenance records, and audits, as well as component part tags, ensuring the precision of all data to enhance the performance and reliability of the fleet.

Your duties will include:
  • Collecting daily flight logs and maintenance records
  • Inputting data into the AMOS IT system while ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Scanning and indexing paper records
  • Liaising with the storage facility to file or retrieve information as needed
  • Maintaining a consistent indexing model for archived data
  • Reporting any incomplete or inaccurate records to the appropriate team and following up on corrections

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A keen attention to detail and a highly organized approach
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrated by the ability to manage and record substantial amounts of data swiftly and accurately
  • The capability to meet deadlines and experience in task planning, preferably within a records department
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
